Thanksgiving Day

The pilgrims sailed from England in 1620 and the crossed the Atlantic ocean. What´s more, the travel lasted 66 days.
The trip was difficult, becouse two passengers died, but a baby was born, his name was Oceanus.
Later, the pilgrims arrived in North America. Then, pilgrims started a new town, Playmouth. But winter was very hard. After, the natives helped the pilgrims grow cops.
Finally, the natives and pilgrims celebrated with a feast. There was turkey, corn, fish, boiled pumpkin and bread.

That´s how thanksgiving day celebration started.

  1. Hi Lilia!!!

I loved the way you punctuated your text!!! =D
Just a few problems with spelling :( . Please check them out and CORRECT THEM:

    1. ...in 1620 and THEY crossed the Atlantic ocean.
    2. BECAUSE two passengers died. But a baby boy... ( spelling, and I would rather use a period before "but" ;) )
