The thanksgiving day
In 1620, a small group of people called "the pilgrims" crossed the ocean during 66 days from England. In the trip, two passengers and a crewman died and then a baby boy was born on the voyage. The pilgrims named him Oceanus. This people decided to start a new life in America, so they arrived in North America on a ship called the May flower. Then, the pilgrims started a new town. After that, the natives helped the pilgrims grow crops. Finally the natives and the pilgrims celebrated with a feast. There was turkey, wild ducks, boiled pumpkin, fish, and bread from corn.
